Renova group becomes the first Russian company to obtain a credit rating from Standard and Poors.   

2009

Renova Group and State Corporation Russian Nanotechnologies (Rusnano) signed an agreement to create a joint venture in solar panels production.

2010

By decision of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev Viktor F. Vekselberg, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Renova Group, was appointed Head of Skolkovo Innovation Center.

2011

The beginning of renovation of the airport in Nizhny Novgorod

Development and production of coronary stents, catheters, and sheathes for patients with acute coronary syndrome begins in Russia (the Stentex Project).

2012

Renova Group breaks ground at the Renova Lab Research Center in the Skolkovo Innovation Center.

Sulzer Ltd., (of which Renova Group is the majority shareholder), launches a high-tech production facility for Avtovaz.

2013

The Group sells its share in TNK-BP.

Renova Group debuts a federally funded charity program called Music for Children.

Renova Group purchases a share in Schmolz+Bickenbach, a Swiss special steels manufacturer.

2014

Renova Group acquires the global leader in telematics insurance, Octo.

The Azimut Hotel (built by Renova Group) gains notoriety as a key component of the non-athletic infrastructure of Sochi.

2015

Renova Group returns Prince Felix Yusupovs records to Russia.

The solar module manufacturing company Hevel begins operations in Novocheboksarsk.
